Wifi was not great and I wish there was a continental style breakfast available in the hotel instead of food only available at Chop. Staff were very friendly

We are repeat guests, usually for our anniversary we come for a couple nights. We’ve stayed here many times over the last 5-6 years. It’s a beautiful property, very comfortable rooms and elegant style. Only things I would mention that could be improved is it seems in some rooms things are needing a few upgrades or maintenance. The shower door in our first room didn’t open, the hinges were sliding off. Also our first room was beside the elevator. We couldn’t sleep the first night with the wall vibrating and noise every time the elevators were in use. The hotel graciously moved us to another room, slightly below the level we had started with, but gave us a decent discount to make up for it. In future I will specify in my booking that we wish to be as far from the elevator as possible. Besides that we enjoy staying here. It’s close to everything, easy to walk for a meal across the road if you want. It would be nice if there was a complimentary breakfast…for $200/night some bacon and eggs and hashbrowns would go a long way. But as far as hotel options in Sherwood Park, this is our favourite.

Excellent stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and everything looked well cared for. Would happily stay here again.

Check in was a breeze. Explained access options. Lots of parking for the area. 3 elevators are available if you're in a hurry. Jets in the pool area were pretty strong and if your into a pool slide well it's pretty decent.
