The RWY is a beautiful spot and you can easily take the ferry from there to Cremyll (Cornwall) or round to Barbican which opens up access to all the different ferries and tours.
The apartment was really good but some things needs to be attended to, the dryer option on the washing machine kept error in out so all clothes had to be hung on the clothes rack to dry, not the end of the world but inconvenient. The oven door isn’t closing properly so lets a great deal of heat out and the extractor fan didn’t work also the kitchen sink faucet spins around.
The comfort was great and being able to open the big patio doors for fresh air was amazing. Would we stay again probably however for the price there needs to be some maintenance completed on this apartment.

This location is a bit out of the way but Royal William Dockyards is a great location on its own.
The apartment itself was wonderful. Everything you might need plus a lot of extras. You are getting great value because it’s a bus or uber away from city centre. But the the wonderful views make it special. We loved our stay, and where would you get a two bedroom for such a price?
Check in managers were very friendly and helpful.
Check in could be a problem because it is tiny and not always staffed. You only get the check in instructions and location if you accept the check in requirements which include a scan of ID. But probably you could fake this.
Overall a great place with just a few minor problems.

Excellent choice for a short break. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The availability of restaurants, bars and a few shops, albeit with a limited choice, close by made the apartment better than staying at a hotel.
