Great location. Coffee, croissant and juice in the coffee shop next door included. Room was nice but lacking basic comforts like towel hangers, clothes hangers and soap containers. No blanket (just sheets) on the bed so we had to use bath towels to cover ourselves at night . Host did not respond to our request .
No coffee machine or kettle with tea bags.
Cleaning stuff coming in every day to clean and add more towels. No choice to opt-out as we didn't care for this service for a short stay. Location made out for it all!

The room was very clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast included at the nearby bistrot was very good. Very helpful staff, but there was no baggage storage option available.

The room was clean and very prity, and in a wonderful location minutes from the Douma, Uffizi Galary and The David. We had the blue room and the bathroom was big, shower was in excellent condition, with usual ammenities. Houskeeping came by each day to make the bed and drop off towels.
Unfortunatly, the mattress was not good and should be replaced, the AC wont handle a warm day, and there is no in-room coffee maker or hot water kettle. The breakfast is a voucher to the resturant next door. If the matress was better, a new AC or even a fan, and a coffee maker avalible, I would have given a better review. Also, be sure to contact the host a day or two before to give time of arrival, we did and he was there to greet us, but left after that and you have to call him for any issues. This could be a very comfortable place with a few simple upgrades.
