The place was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the terrace was delightful after a day of traveling. Check in was fairly easy, the staff contacted me and gave me the passcodes to the doors. The location was an easy walk to everything in Florence’s historical downtown. The only drawback was that we didn’t see any staff at the hotel/inn. It was really an air bnb experience. I enjoyed my stay, but it would have been nice to have a concierge or clerk to ask questions. I was not expecting an no-touch situation. Other than that, top notch accommodations, clean place, great hot water in the shower and a relaxing stay. You should stay here when you visit Firenze.

There was no on-site staff, but it was still a great stay. The room was very nice and had everything you could need. The location is very convenient and we would absolutely consider staying there again.
