Very good situated room in central Florens, close to both the cathedral and train station.
The room was large, but not nice decorated. Needs a small table with to chairs, both in the room and on the balcony.

1st Stefano is very good host.
He attends to everything and accommodates guest with excellence.
2nd Location is very good. It’s in the centre and near tourist spots.
3rd property is clean and tidy.
Very recommendable to every tourist wanting to stay in the city of Florence, Italy.

Location and balcony with a view a couple blocks from everything!
My partner had complaints about the shower hut it’s your typical tiny European shower

Convenient location.
This place is across from a noisy McDonald’s with lots of loud customers shouting late into night. Not much contact with staff for entry. We arrived about an hour early and waited on stairs of building for entry. No private bathroom meant locking room and bathroom with same key. Hint use white noise machine app should help with sleeping.
