I stayed with young family for a week. Really clean with a nice breakfast which included some local dishes we enjoyed
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is good for dining too - i’d recommend exploring the area a little to figure out what works for you food wise. We found a great restaurant called Pacaci Semsi which is a short walk. The hotel is also a 12 minute walk to Terra City Shopping Centre
The hotel has a connection with Lara beach which is a 20 minute drive - I recommend Konyaalti beach so suggest you get a taxi and go there rather than taking the package offered by the hotel for Lara

Clean budget hotel quite expensive for extras (coffee, etc) breakfast very basic and Turkish.
Staff lovely
Mosque next door broadcasts very loud call to prayer 5 times a day and during the night. Take your ear plugs
But room was clean, aircon was great, shower was good so absolutely no complaints
$$$$
