The room was small but clean, had a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The guest kitchen and sitting area was a great bonus and had everything you needed to cook a meal. Nour was the most friendly and helpful host. He arranged a parking permit for £5 pound a day. Easy walking distance to town centre.

terrific welcome very friendly. room was clean nice atmosphre i was impressed with the advice he gave us . noor allways asked how our day went. shops were near by .i have no problems in booking the room again it was a pleasant stay

Nor was an amazing host! Super friendly and was helped out with planning what to do in York.
Room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had good amenities.
