Absolutely fabulous greeting staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. From the night manager to the cleaning staff. I will always stay here when I come to Dallas. I forgot how kind and friendly people can be. My grand daughter passed away, and this trip was not going to be a good one. This staff was just so kind and helpful. Helped make a bad situation actually comfortable. Please thank them.

Excellent resort style hotel, gorgeous setting, fun ginormous pool and hot tub. Bathrooms in room and linens could use a total overhaul. Besides that, the hotel has wow factor when you first walk in! Staff was friendly all over the hotel. The starbucks worker could defenitely use a helper especially mornings
