Parking area exit up very steep ramp. Front wheel drive vehicle had traction difficulty at the top of the ramp. The wet surface made it even more precarious. It had just recently rained. Other wise a great stay.

There was spa bath with shower over it,but the spa bath didn't work. And couldn't cast my phone on either of the tv's and the TV'S were different and it was a little bit smaller than I first thought it would be, but it did job perfectly for the price. Over all, I would say about 5.5 out of 10 just being honest.

We needed a room last minute for a sporting competition and were surprised by the rooftop. Really enjoyed this place! Front desk was kind and accommodating, location was phenomenal.

Comfortable room.. Heating worked!
Close to beach so was lovely sitting on tthe balcony enjoying the silence & listening to the surf 🙂.
A shame that our room faced north-west.... we had no view other than the rooms & corridors on other levels.
It Was school holidays so the noise from the pool and spa beneath echoed loudly
Rooms were fairly sound-proofed 👍
Great spot near the Esplanade - heaps to do / see / and eat!
Just missing an ocean view 😉
