The staff were extremely friendly, hotel was in excellent condition even though it’s older. Close to great restaurants the Marina and easy access the bus…A cheap way to get around. A special thanks to Lisalotta, she was so much fun and very professional. A great place to stay relax unwind and enjoy the culture!!!!

Nice place, very convenient. A five minute walk to the train station and a nearby convenience store. In front of the sea. Overall would definitely stay again if I visit Rapallo again.
Only downside, if you have problems walking, elevator is really small. It really only fits one person at the time with their luggage. I don’t mind using the stairs, actually prefer it, so it didn’t affect me at all.
Also, for my fellow Americans who are always banging on about the air conditioning abroad the one in this hotel works really well.

Excellent stay! The staff here are top-tier - professional, multilingual, and very proactive with communication. Our comfort room was modern, but we spent most of our time on the balcony; that view is world-class! Good breakfast and a perfect location for day trips to Portofino and Santa Margherita. Highly recommend this hotel as a clean and comfortable base for exploring the coast.

I had booked a single room with sea view but was allocated a room with a sea view only when I stepped onto the corner terrace. I made the staff aware of my concern and was then reallocated to a different room where I could see the sea even from my bed. All the staff from reception, cleaning to the restaurant were all very polite and helpful under the close eye of Luca the chef who was also hands on in the restaurant too. A beautifully positioned hotel for all amenities... I will definitely visit again
