This is an AMAZING hotel. The owner and staff truly treat their guests like royalty. I honestly couldn't have asked for a nicer experience and as a bonus the location is wonderful with close proximity to many sights and restaurants. The final perk is that their breakfast is incredibly good. We'll be back!

Our arrival at Hotel Agnes did not begin well. We were booked into last room on top floor. One had to be careful not to hit head on ceiling when getting out of bed. Also the elevator only goes to third floor and stair way for an older adult (me) was dangerous.
The next day we were moved to first floor room and from that moment on, our stay was perfect. The staff were so helpful, we were given a free ride to train station when we departed. Nice breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel, but would not want to stay on 4th floor unless I was younger.
