We booked a lux apartment. Check-in was easy, and our bags were quickly taken to our suite. The suite was beautiful, with a well-equipped kitchenette, very comfortable lounge, good sized bedroom with very comfortable bed, well equipped dressing area, safe, and a fantastic luxurious bathroom. There was also a separate small washroom. Outside, there was a full length balcony running the length of the lounge and bedroom. The hotel itself is in a fantastic area that felt very safe well into the evening and had many great restaurants, bars and shops within a 10-15 minute walk. I would 100% come back to this place if I was in Sao Paulo again, it is 10/10. The only slight criticism is the breakfast is just okay - not bad, but not great - but the one time we ate dinner we had fantastic service and delicious food.
The second reason I would recommend this hotel is because of the outstanding staff. I was travelling with my wife for our 25th wedding anniversary, and I very stupidly left my gold wedding ring in the room and didn't realise until I had passed through airport security. At many hotels I think you may not get such a valuable item back, so I was immensely relieved and grateful when I called them to be told they had it. They very kindly arranged for the ring to be returned to me in the UK (at my expense, of course) and they patiently dealt with the courier DHL (who were incompetent throughout) over several days. Thanks to the staff, I have my ring back - thank you!!!

Clean great location- rooms are a good size. Breakfasts are a bit of a let down. Reception staff are amazing! Loved our stay!

This hotel is not a luxury hotel but the value comes with the roominess of the rooms. I have stayed at this hotel about a dozen times over the last 20 years and it continues to be a great place to stay. The location is excellent and if you are here for extended periods, the large rooms with refrigerator, stove etc really makes it nice. Don’t expect luxury but you won’t be disappointed.
