The staff were fantastic—always helpful, friendly, and ready to assist. The rooms were clean and well kept. For a four-star hotel, one might expect softer pillows; unfortunately, the ones provided were quite large and the filling inside them felt lumpy and knotted. The bedsheets were also somewhat worn and torn.
There were a few other minor issues: the bathrobes were worn and rather small, even for my wife who is slim, and there was no soap dish in the bathroom. The swimming pool could also benefit from some maintenance, as the hanging lights and electrical connectors under the water didn’t feel particularly reassuring.
Overall, the experience was excellent, and any shortcomings were more than made up for by the truly lovely hotel staff.

Amazing place!
Sometimes the pictures are taken in a way that will disappoint you, well - not here! You get what you see, very nice place. Good breakfast and nice staff. Thank you!
Very nice with kids here.
We want to come back. The little city by the hotel is in walking distance and is very cute.
