Hotel Cascais Miragem

Overall an amazing hotel with friendly staff. Absolutely nothing negative to say. Five stars!

We had an amazing stay at Miragem. Beautiful property with all the creature comforts you would desire, especially the full-service spa. We appreciated the extra touches in our room such as, champagne and sweet treats our first night; little tasty treats each evening; and slippers by our bedside. Our bedroom was comfortable and kept very clean—the room was fitted with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. We want to specifically recognize Joao Valente, our barman. He provided superb service; he was engaging and attentive to our requests. Also, Joao was very knowledgeable and would offer cocktail 🍹 recommendations based on our preferences, which we appreciated. We looked forward to stopping by the lounge every evening thanks to Joao; and we enjoyed the piano playing and DJ too. One of the best breakfast buffets we have eaten—so many options. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at this hotel. We hope to return one day!

My husband and I spent several days at the hotel and can only say wonderful things about the staff. I had injured my foot, actually fracturing a couple bones, and they brought me bags of ice several times, delivered room service when wanted and the dining room staff was great. The weather was rather windy and rainy while we were there so didn't go in the outside pools but they were beautiful. Excellent breakfasts as well.

Beautiful and well appointed hotel. The room was great and the bed super comfortable. Room service and food quality was top shelf. The kindness and professionalism of everyone on staff was amazing. The gym and other amenities, sauna, steam room, pools and salt water pool in the spa were incredible. Only one complaint: They don't understand and stock hair conditioner :-)
