Staff very nice, room showed wear and tear, furniture was stained. Bathroom very clean

Pros:
-breakfast was good
-rooms were clean
-rooms had 'constant fan' function for white noise overnight
-staff was helpful
Cons:
-we were on the second floor. You could hear every step the people on the third floor took (and they were just walking normally, not like elephants)
-pool was chilly and was SO echoey, it was impossible to hold a conversation

No issues with check in. Staff was super friendly. Room was clean. Air worked great. Shower was good pressure. Overall great experience
