Alex was so helpful at the front desk. He helped with restaurant suggestions and assistance with directions in getting to all of the important historical sites. He was very knowledgeable about all the history of Paris.

Highly recommend. The staff are always polite and friendly, wanting to assist with all your needs. It was my birthday and they provided a complimentary bottle of wine and booked a wonderful restaurant for us. Location is great, close to bakery, brasserie, convenience store, pharmacy and fruit and veg. Easy walk to Eiffel Tower. Lovely courtyard where you can opt for continental breakfast or a quick breakfast of coffee and pastries. A wonderful experience for a first time visitor to Paris. Room was very clean and had everything you need. Bathroom large and included a spa bath too.

I loved everything about this hotel. It was so convenient to the bus, metro, museums, shopping and more. Alexey and the entire staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I would recommend Hotel De Varenne to anyone staying in Paris.
