Loved this hotel!!! It’s charming, and everything about it was lovely. It is near the train station which was really convenient when we came and left. And from the hotel we walked or caught subways nearby to everything. The best meal I had during the entire trip was hotel breakfast buffet. I could write a novel about it. Also, my favorite hotel pajamas were here as well. The front desk staff were so wonderful! They gave us recommendations and helped us figure out a few issues we had … all with a smile and patience. I loved everything.

Lovely 50s style vintage hotel, but with all required amenities in room. Gothic lifts with brass arrow pointers, a first for me in all my travels. Good airconditioning in rooms, and controllable (important in Japanese weather)
Bathroom is shower over bath, with deluxe toiletries provided, inc cotton pyjamas.

European style hotel. Very close to Osaka, umeda and airport bus. Located in the quiet area of umeda. Very nice place to walk around

Although the rooms decor and furniture were showing their age and requires upgrade, the room was very clean. the bed and pillow were so comfortable.
The smart TV was helpful with Netflix & Prime available.
Breakfast is the best I have experienced yet in hotels in Osaka. A very large buffet style selection and large tables with table cloths and silver cutlery. Very nice indeed.
