This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. Everything was excellent—fast transportation to the hotel, quick check in at my room, friendly and kind staff, delicious food and gorgeous beach and grounds. You can feel how much pride they take in making guests happy.
I got sick during my trip, and the staff took such good care of me. They checked on me, helped with anything I needed, and made me feel safe and supported. That meant more than I can say.
It’s truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I honestly wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else.

This is a five star stellar resort. Every aspect is excellent including the fabulous staff providing consistent high level customer service, the rooms are designed so well and beautifully appointed, the beach is gorgeous, the hotel grounds are stunning and the food in the many restaurants was always excellent! Highly recommended and plan to return!

We stayed here (Mar 22-24) to celebrate the birthdays of my mother and 4-year-old son. It was the most heartwarming experience!
Exquisite Service:
Despite our late arrival, they arranged an in-room check-in to let us rest. The birthday decorations, cake, and the "Happy Birthday" message on the mirror made my son so happy! Huge thanks to JJ for the adorable teddy bear gift at checkout.
Perfect Room & Location:
As requested, we were given a ground-floor room right by the pool. Access to the beach and breakfast was incredibly easy—perfect for a family with a small child.
Top-notch Hospitality:
The staff's attention to detail was amazing. Whether at the pool or beach, they constantly looked after us with water and smiles.

• Blaire’s foot massage was incredibly relaxing!
Dining & Transport:
The breakfast was delicious with a stunning ocean view. Also, the private charter from Kalibo Airport was very comfortable, and the complimentary shuttle to our next hotel was a lifesaver.
