Everything especially the staff. The oarking lady was very helpful helping me call someone to pick up my water bottle carelessly dropped at the bottom of the parking. Thr breakfast was great and had a wide variety of food. They even had the celery juice I carve for.

The place was clean and the staff were very respectful.
Instead of common cards, the hotel uses an electronic system with buttons to set the "Do not disturb" or "please clean" status.
The room's cleaning system requires the card to be always inserted to the electricity slot, otherwise the DND sign turns off and the staff will not understand it.
I suggest receiving 2 room keycards to deal with this issue.
Otherwise, it's a very clean hotel in a busy area with lots of shops and good access to tourism areas.
