The hospitality is exceptional at all time since the check-in. The staff at the reception is polite and helpful. The hotel offers amazing breakfast with a variety of foods. The staff, especially 張玉燕，provides extraordinary service. They are thoughtful and make me feel welcome. The hotel offers hot springs in the public pool and in the room. Very clean and nice.

The private hot tub is amazing, and the staff is quite friendly. However, I would expect it to be a bit cleaner and better maintained for this price.

Is my third time stayed with this hotel. I haven’t been here since 2018, i found that the staff is still great. But just found a bit depreciation of the room facilities and one thing I think is extremely inconvenient is no longer provide any of the amenities now not sure if it is under any law regulations?
If this is all because of environmental regulations, I find it really disappointing. I believe true progress means developing eco-friendly products without sacrificing convenience and usability, rather than just using 'sustainability' as an excuse to provide absolutely nothing.
For example, if I’m staying for a few days and just need a cotton pad or two, but find out upon arrival that none are provided, I have to go out, find a local shop, and buy a huge pack. Sure, you could say I can just pack it and take it home, but when my luggage is tight and I want to save space for things that actually matter, I’ll inevitably have to sacrifice it and throw the whole pack away. That ends up being even less eco-friendly
