The bed was excellent but the toilet was too low. I have bad knees so a walk-in shower and high toilet are some things I look for.
The breakfast was not as high quality as some other Fairfield Inns we have stayed at. Our sausages were dried out and the eggs seemed maybe to have been made from powdered eggs. Not sure about the eggs though.

Only complaint was my grandkids didn't like the pool. They said they found quite a few bugs in the water.

The front desk lady when we first arrived, I forgot her name but she was very very nice and wore glasses, was so helpful and courteous. There was a level of professionalism that I do not believe you can get from most places.
There was a problem with our room that was an error on her end but she was so apologetic and fixed it so quickly.
The rooms were very very nice and layout was very different than what my family and I were used to.
The showers were LOVELY. Great heat, wonderful pressure and beautiful bathroom.
I liked that we could use our streaming services because I had totally forgot my laptop lol.
Beds were a little hard for my liking but I slept very well
Loved the toasted bagels and cream cheese for breakfast. Waffles could be a little tastier but overall had my fill!
I loved it. My family loved it!
Only problem is that we could not use the indoor pool and were not made aware of that prior to our stay. I imagine it would be hard for them to update a third party site about their amenities.
