We had a lovely stay. The hotel was remodeling the lobby, but they made working around that very comfortable. The room was beautiful, and the location was perfect for us. Wonderful staff, wonderful location, wonderful room.

The only issue was that we were told there was room service from the restaurant in the hotel. However we were told to use the menu online for the restaurant, we couldn't reach the restaurant so they had to call us, the majority of items on the menu were not available. Then the food was brought to us in a brown paper bag as take out with no utensils! And we were charged an automatic 18% gratuity plus $15 delivery charge!

Great hotel, room was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The woman who checked me in was especially friendly, despite it being a very busy time. Aside from some confusion when checking out regarding waived resort fee benefit from Expedia, which was handled quickly, the stay was awesome. We are excited to stay here again for DC Gay Pride weekend.

I loved this hotel! It is so beautiful, the staff were super nice and helpful. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom large with a wide counter on both sides of the sink. There is a gigantic TV screen for late night movies. It is an easy walk to Dupont Circle and the red line to Union Station and all interesting areas of DC. I would definitely stay here again.
