The front desk check in was fast and efficient, coffee in the lobby is a nice touch, the only negative is the water pressure in the shower, very low.

Overall, this is a good hotel, although it is a bit dated. Its location is very convenient, especially for travelers using JFK Airport. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service, but it operates only once an hour and requires advance registration at the front desk.
Breakfast is included in the room rate. While the selection is somewhat limited, the food is good. During our stay, we experienced an issue with the toilet, but the staff responded promptly and resolved the problem to our satisfaction.
The staff members were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. Despite a few minor shortcomings, I would recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again.
