It is exactly as states. You will be within walking distance to little Venice and in the heart of Mykonos town.
You will be situated in amongst the clubs so the noise is a given! Wasn't too hard to ignore with windows shut though etc

Good location. The property needs several amenities to make your stay reasonably comfortable. No tables for putting your essentials or charging your phones. No toilet paper holder. We found toilet rolls piled up by the faucet. No hangers for towels in the bathroom. The ja cozy we had in our unit was in an odd place, right next to the entry door and not in the bathroom. The beds were ok but the rooms needed some basic furniture. There was a tiny place with some cups that could be used as a breakfast bar, but there was only one chair for the four of us.
It’s a reasonably good place but without the basic amenities for travelers. Fixing the bathroom, providing some chairs and tables can make it more useful.
