The animation team was fantastic—super friendly, engaged, and amazing dancers! The overall staff was also extremely nice and helpful.
However, there were a lot of Russian guests, which influenced the atmosphere a bit.
The food was okay, not outstanding. The themed à la carte restaurants were better than the main buffet and a nice change, though the online reservation system was quite complicated. Evening shows were fine—nothing special, but entertaining enough.
The beach was decent, but the coral reefs for snorkeling were too far from the hotel. The shuttle service worked well.
The resort is much more expensive than other 5-star options in Hurghada, but you do get a better experience in return. One big plus: the all-inclusive package includes imported alcoholic drinks, not just local ones.
