Friendly staff, helped us so much with the earlier check-in, booking the tours (normally we don't, but we were tired of getting scammed, and thanks to the guy at reception and for a fair price, we saw so much more than we would have without), and helping us find a place to watch the Champions League. Good room, good location and the best breakfast in Egypt. Thank you!
