Very clean and comfortable. lovely balcony overlooking the harbour and neighbouring islands.
breakfast is only available for one hour or so, and the kitchen closes early (by 8.30pm)
missed having a hotpot to prepare coffee or tea, but welcomed the microwave for heating up food/snacks.

The location is excellent within walking distance of the ferry terminal and the shops in Road Town. The staff was lovely, the balcony view beautiful, and the room I was given was great.

The stove was not working. The bathtub was rusty and the toilet paper holder was broken. The location and view were good but the property could use a little attention
