i was on holiday with my family.excellent hotel great service and quality.i would like to thank all the team who were available to keep us entertained and happy, above all Mr, Sameh Mohamed & Mr, Ahmed Salah, who were very kind and available to solve any problem during our stay, I cannot forget the Chief Sayed and his kindness and the quality of the food (you can find all the different tastes every day). thank you all. i hope to come back again soon

The staff are so friendly and our experience was amazing. It is good to have some entertainment at night by the animation team and the shows they did. The food quality was amazing however the wi-Fi was not working most of the time so it needs to be improved. Thank you so much we had a relaxing and wonderful week there.

I’ve stayed at the royal suite, Excellent hotel, friendly staff and very helpful,excellent room.
Outstanding things:
1. We arrived very late at night 12am, They kindly prepared a complimentary dinner at our room for us, which was extremely helpful as all restaurants were closed.
2. The heated pool at the suite is amazing and it was such a standout that it will make us come back again specifically for this feature.
