Quiet. Pleasant. A/C worked well. Nice selection for breakfast. Found the bed and pillows a bit hard and didn't realize until we were leaving that we could have asked for softer pillows. All and all, very pleased with our stay.

All the staff were great! The elevator was out of order and when we checked in we were given the option for a 1st floor room. Unfortunately the ice machine was on an upper level. Breakfast was delicious & hot every morning. The front desk was very helpful and gave great recommendations for activities in area. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff checking in was amazing and very helpful as was the woman who was in charge of keeping the breakfast area stocked. However the pull out sofa bed in our room had two quarter size blood spots and no sheets or blankets. When we called the front desk to ask for some late that night we were told we had to go down to get them which was difficult with two kids in the middle of bedtime routine. The staff at checkout left little to be desired as well, couldn’t be interrupted from her TV show she was catching up on while seated behind the desk. I was not offered a receipt or the normal check out procedures that occur at most hotels. The elevators also didn’t work which was again a real doozy considering we were placed on the third floor and had to carry luggage and a baby.
