We loved the hotel

Room was clean and the property is beautiful with some beautiful artworks. Staff was nice and pleasant. The older people working there are amazing, and the young can definitely learn from them. Simon was especially wonderful.
When I checked in I was not told about the pool nor did I use it- I would have liked to take a peak at it for sure though!
The hotel rooms are comfortable but they sorely need a coffee machine! A Nespresso would be ideal. I would visit and stay again.

This was the best hotel of our vacations in Italy.
The staff was extraordinary, especially Sylvia at the front desk.
The room was spectacular with a terrace in front of the San Marco Tower, refined decor and amenities.
The Library Bar has great drinks and an amazing vibe and the restaurant (the former Venice stock exchange building) has first class service and food.
It is a mix of elegant/modern components that make this hotel unique and different from other Venetian classic and famous hotels, that feel more like staying in an old castle.
Hope we are back soon.
