As someone who does not speak much Italian, things went as smooth as they could have here. Staff was super kind and helped get us a ride to the airport. I enjoyed our room and loved the location. My girlfriend is an interior designer, who sought out somewhere authentic and not modern style. She was in love with the aesthetic. While there is not much to do at this location, minus the spa and upstairs bar/lounge area, it is right in the middle of the city. Seriously, a perfect location.
Only cons I could think of are a lackluster breakfast and limited television access. Which didn’t really bother me because we went out to get breakfast on the town and we rarely had time to watch tv.
Highly recommended for Americans looking to comfortably travel to Palermo.

Excellent location . Beautiful hotel, keeping the old building base with modern rooms and classic furniture. Loved the intimate breakfast in the garden. Fresh baked cakes many choices everyday. Wonderful service at breakfast and all during our atay. The rooftop lounge and sellf service bar is a great addition. I would return

Breakfast in the enclosed garden was exceptional.
Reception could not have been more helpful.
Location near the Old Town is excellent.
Would not hesitate to recommend.
