The hosts were friendly and very helpful. The room was a fabulous space with all clean and excellent facilities. It had a microwave, kettle and a super coffee maker. The shower was lovely and the super king bed really comfortable. The swimming pool was quite big with a cover which meant it was good even when it was cooler.

Good location for a stop over on way to Eurotunnel from SW France. Near Abbaye Royaumont which we visited in the morning. Excellent croissants.
Our room was in a small out building (not the little cottage). It was very small, much smaller than it seemed in photos. There was no room for armchairs. Everything is cheap and basic. The kichen was in the small bedroom. We cooked supper, but there was no sharp knife, no chopping board, and the pans were not clean.
The house has a nice plot but garden is very neglected, scruffy, with overgrown weeds which is a shame. Garden is made of concrete slabs with weeds between which spoil it and make it unattractive.
Expensive compared to other places we have just stayed which were gorgeous and elegant for same price.
