The hotel was in a great location to explore Krakow. The staff were helpful and informative. Rooftop bar an excellent facility with great views over the castle and river. Breakfast plentiful with good choice suiting all tastes

Really well situated hotel with easy access to the centre and to the river. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Sky Bar was great with excellent staff there too.

This place is right next to the castle, very convenient. It is small overall but the breakfast is top notch and I got that free on my expedia reservation, so that was a great bonus. Walking distance to the old towne square and many shops and restaurants. If you want Plain old water... ask for "still" water and you will find some. Otherwise beware of mineral water and fizzy waters... the locals seem to think that is healthier, but one we tried left grit like sand in the bottom of our water bottles and did not taste very good. From local shops, not this hotel specifically. Food is GREAT here... try the dumpling soup and also perogi's.. from local cuisine.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very comfortable, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent, the breakfast was lovely, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of here. I genuinely enjoyed every moment and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Kraków. Highly recommended! ❤️
