Our family stayed in various hotels in the area for our family reunion. We picked Courtyard by Mariott. Great decision. Though I've stayed in more upscale hotels and suites, the hospitality of the staff and overall condition of the hotel made this one of my most enjoyable and memorable stays. ALL of the staff were absolutely wonderful! The Bistro Bar served good light foods and adult beverages. Even the floor padding in the hallway was very soft and cushiony. We liked everyone so much we hugged staff when we checked out. The location is within 2- 10 minutes from a lot of eateries and retail shopping. Great place to stay in Alcoa, TN.
