It was my first time going to Ocean City ever during peak season and this location as a solo traveler, was amazing. The hotel room was quiet and had a beautiful view of the bay. The location was perfect for walking on or around the boardwalk. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I would gladly stay here again!

This is 1950's hotel. The service, location and the view is excellent. But being a 1950's hotel the furniture, carpet and bathrooms are not updated. It's Location Location, Location folks. It's in walking distance to the boardwalk, beach and plenty of restaurants.

Oceanic is an older motel. Rooms are very small but neat. The very best thing about this motel is the location! Directly on the Bay with Sand Beach! And border's the inlet! Great fishing and free coffee 24hours
