We have been stayed her for 4 summers and we love it. Family owned, owner is amazing and remembers everyone. Great location, Staff is wonderful. Rooms are the largest I have ever stayed in at Ocean City.

We did not have a balcony, we had a standard two bedroom which was perfect for us as we only used it to sleep. My mother stayed next door in a large ocean front with a balcony. Both rooms were similar, hers was just bigger (with a balcony). Staff was VERY helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and I was satisfied. The bathrooms and sink had soap provided which was nice to not have to drag mine out. The pool was nice and clean. My only complaint would be the tile floors for the bathroom area. A sand trap lol. However since we are at the beach, I expect nothing less so no true issues!
