After I had an accident, the team went completely above and beyond to ensure I was safe and okay.
The manager, Katy, showed a level of kindness that was truly heartwarming—she even came to the hospital just to check up on me.I would highly recommend this hotel, as the manager Katy and her staff really do care about their guests.

Paid £30 per room per night for bed and breakfast. The hotel is at the mid point of Pattaya beach. The hotel itself is just off the main road. Our room was a deluxe sea view room but unfortunately did not have a balcony. No problem though it had a table and chairs in front of large windows with a great ocean view. There are rooms with balconies around the pool if you want to book those. There are lots of bars and restaurants around in the vicinity. Our favourite was the sportsman’s bar. Great food and staff. Breakfast at the hotel was ok. If you are western and didn’t like Thai food, then there was toast, ham, sausage salad, fruits etc and you can asked them to make fried or scrambled eggs. There was also plenty of juice and coffee. Overall and please bear this in mind. For the price paid the hotel was great value for money. If you are expecting 5 star facilities etc then book the Hilton. But if you want a cheap holiday I would absolutely recommend and go back to this hotel.
