Could not fault this hotel. The food, rooms, hotel in general were all good and the staff exceptional. The only downside was that people not staying in the hotel are allowed to come in and use the facilities if they buy a drink at the bar. We were at the swimming pool and witnessed several people use the pool etc and were quite loud and rowdy at times. To me this is NOT what 5 star hotels should be doing as it takes away the exclusivity from the hotel’s guests who have paid a premium to be there and others can swan in use loungers etc when there may not be enough for hotel guests.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would happily return. The location is excellent, right by the beach, and the hotel itself has a beautiful, classical feel. Our room was lovely, spacious and very clean.
The breakfast, which was included in our stay, was fantastic, with a great selection of continental options as well as cooked-to-order dishes. The hotel staff were particularly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with a personal situation, including arranging taxis to the airport, which we really appreciated.
The pool was lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food at both the Grand Beach restaurant and the Asian restaurant. Having access to the casino was also a great bonus, particularly as it has a fantastic bar with beautiful views overlooking the beach and ocean.
Overall, we had an amazing stay. The combination of the beautiful location, excellent facilities, delicious food and genuinely helpful staff made our experience really enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!
