Even though I didn’t have everything you needed, you and your team still helped us—especially you—and you did everything in your power. What you did for us is a real blessing, and we will never forget it. I also want to give a huge shout-out to the manageras well, because Mrs. Alisha spoke with her about our stay.
This was my first time here, and I honestly was ready to cancel the whole checkout, but because of your kindness and effort, everything turned out to be amazing.

The wolf den room was awesome. Staff was helpful and nice. My kids had a blast

I appreciated the +18 hot tub. It was good to escape for a few minutes to have a bit of adult relax time.
Staff were very attentive and watchful.
Good to go mid-week and before school was out for a less crowded time.

Our family had an amazing time as the lodge had everything we could ever need . Money will spent. We was also so close to kings island walking distance as I got my steps in . Very happy customer here.
Thank you Great Wolf for the amazing experience as we plan to come again in the future. Everything was clean and coming out the pool to the restroom wasn’t a drag as I thought it would be lol.
I can keep going with endless reason to why we enjoyed our stay but this seems like plenty.
