It's a nice place, very close to the sea, beautiful parks, and a Japanese garden. However, if you're looking for a quiet stay, this may not be the best choice. We had to deal with very loud and noisy guests, and the hotel was unable to resolve the situation.

Clean, nice room with balcony & friendly staff, but no washing machine as listed and a few loose fixtures and fittings.
Also staff will ask you to wait on check out while they check the room. A little unusual but nothing awful. Overall very good.

It is a terrible area, with constant traffic, and roads always closed. As for the apartment itself, it was poorly cleaned, and dusty, especially under the beds. Lots of other people's hair on the floor. Dirty floors. The reception staff was very friendly and kind.
