The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean. We enjoyed the massage chair too after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel was in a great location to see Himeji Castle and lots of great eating spots.

All staff were superb. So polite, friendly and helpful from holding my luggage upon early arrival, check in, breakfast & check out. Excellent buffet breakfast. Spacious clean room & bathroom.
