A lovely experience. The staff were warm and helpful. A very unique stay if you're looking from something different. Some rooms on the third floor would be tough for tall people.
Roughly ten minute walk south or less, mostly flat, to the old bridge. And more cafes and restaurants a few minutes to the north. Great location just outside the old town. Nice light breakfast with good coffee

Great historical and centrally located building, amenities are a little restricted because the original design is protected, however it is pleasant for one or two nights stay.

Nice breakfast, wonderful staff. The 3rd floor room is in the roof with slanted walls. Would recommend not booking this room if you are tall since it is cumbersome to get in and out of the area where the bed is located. The same concern exists for the bathroom in the 3rd floor.

This hotel provides such a unique experience- you stay in a museum and get a free private tour as part of your stay!
Great location 10 mins from the bridge and staff lovely.
The bedrooms (at least ours on the top floor) was a bit of an ergonomic nightmare which involved regular head bumps - but I think it is fair to overlook this given you are staying in an 18th century rather grand townhouse
