It needs tons of updating. Room was somewhat clean. did not smell but one of three beds the mattress was extremely dirty. Thankfully I was only using two beds. The lights were extremely weak barely light up rooms. The bathroom needed care. Sink faucet was disconnected and shower knob fell off when turned. The pool seemed very badly serviced. Water was cloudy and there was mildew on all edges. I will never stay here ever again.

I never write negative reviews but felt compelled. DO NOT waste your time or money! The pictures online are definitely AI. The property has potential, but currently run down. Everything needs a deep clean, paint, and repair. The pool appeared to be maintained, but we were reluctant to get in based on everything else. There is no front office and it took 30 minutes of back and forth on the phone, emailing, and texting for me to get a check in code. It was all quite sketchy. They provided merely 1 bath towel per person, the faucet had water but was broken, the shower was tiny with NO hot water, and while the room has a/c, it only cooled only one room. The stove and appliances were rusty and/or filty and the cushions on the seats were gross. There were several holes in walls leading to who knows where, and under and in between the bed and the frame were filthy. We found a little spider on the bed and ants on the ground in the kitchen. The sheets and pillow cases on the main bed seemed used, as they did not smell or appear fresh, but this is my assumption. The front door was difficult to get in and out of as it would get very stuck. Also, do not be fooled-the beach is just rocks and ocean. This was a disappointing waste of time and money. We could not wait to leave and would not have stayed after seeing it if we had another option. I didn't sleep a wink worrying the entire time. One positive was the women who appeared around check in time to answer questions. She was kind.
