A fantastic stay in Kotor. The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable. Our host was kind, responsive, and went above and beyond by accommodating a later checkout when our driver was delayed.
The location was excellent—about a 10–12 minute walk to Old Town Kotor. The route includes a moderate incline with a combination of sidewalks and some stairs, which was not an issue for us and rewarded us with a quieter setting away from the crowds.
Everything was exactly as advertised, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to future guests.

Water view was great. Short walk to old town and water. Washing machine came in very handy! Parking a plus as well.

Excellent base for touring Montenegro. We stayed with our 12 and 14 y.o for 4 nights and loved the convenient location. It was a short walk to groceries and the old town. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We loved morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the bay - the view was even better than in the photos! The only thing that could be better was more storage options, as we were 4 people with luggage, but honestly it was fine. We appreciated that they had basic toiletries, laundry detergent and dish soap etc. The kitchen was very well appointed, which is important to us as we like to cook. All appliances were in perfect working order, especially the AC which we needed as it was so hot.
