The people are very friendly and very nice. I feel at home here. I’ve been here for almost a week now I signed up for the Oro Verde reward program. Everything‘s good. I hope to return soon. It’s very good service. Gracia recommended for solo travelers and small families, lots of shopping and banking options in the area and the food is very good with the large breakfast included buffet style and then high-end food. options

His hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve seen in my 15 years of travel. It’s very clean very nice very high-quality. The only problem is that the rooms are a little bit small but they do have an elevator. The staff is very attentive. The food is excellent quality. The breakfast is excellent. Everything’s excellent so all they’re missing is the pool but it’s a great place. I would definitely recommend.

The room was spacious and clean and modernly decorated. Everything was very good with the exception of the fact that the room had no fan or a/c and it was warm in Loja and as a consequence was the room temperature was high and it was very uncomfortable to sleep or sit in. Otherwise, I would have rated it a 5.
