Enjoyed our overnight stay. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room we had with a king bed was very comfortable, with more than expected room.
The only issue was a discrepancy between our booked rate and the higher rate we were charged at the property. I have contacted Expedia and hoping to get the issue resolved.

We visited Jackson with family and all of us enjoyed our stay. The staff was so friendly, making sure we knew where all the amenities were located. They even checked in with us via text to make sure our stay was going well. 10 out 10
