DIFFERENT but good. 500 year old building that is 2 minute walk to il Campo with a lot of dining options. The room we had was probably converted from a residence from over 100 years ago, It was the largest room we had on 2 week trip to Italy but not designed originally has a hotel. If you are adventurous and want to experience the real Italy from the past this is a great choice. We were driving and they have a service where you go to parking garage 20 minutes away that drives you directly to the hotel and picks you up at the end of your stay

Amazing stay in an unbeatable location. We'd 100% come back here again. Air conditioned room, with free standing bath, nice ensuite and lovely views over Siena. Siena is such a nice city you will want to explore it, but the hotel is great as well. Tasty breakfast and wass very special sitting out in front of the church.
I was impressed by the staff on the desk. Their communication over WhatsApp was attentive and rapid, and they are friendly and welcoming. We opted for the valet service for the car which was also straightforward, and we'd recommend that as well, particularly if you are staying for a short trip and want to maximise your time into the city.
A good spot for history lovers, and the staff on the desk gave us a little tour around the pope's old wine cellar which was a nice touch.
