Cleaning staff were great at the basics but room could have used a deep clean. The pool was murky for the 4 days we stayed.
Everything else was excellent. Good location and amenities and really friendly staff. Would stay again.

Nice and clean bathroom, room clean but small,no closet , no space to store even only 2 carry on suitcases. Suitable for one or 2 night stay, not for longer stay.
For breakfast, need to order from a paid and limited menu from the on site restaurant which offers indian fare after 11am until late evening.

We loved our stay in Victoria Falls and it was made all the more wonderful because of the lovely staff at N1. The room was big with loads of room to spread out and the balcony was a nice bonus. Central and easy to walk to some really nice places. Walking distance to Victoria Falls Hotel, the Elephant Walk markets, restaurants, pubs and cafes. We would definitely stay again.

Was very thankful for the hotel clerk. Got us in right away. Had two of the guys help carry our luggage up the stairs being there was no elevator. Hotel clerk was able to get some change from American money so I could give a tip for the guys. Helpful in letting us know about breakfast. Wonderful room and stay with them. Food and shops right across the street within walking distance.
