I love staying here every time I’m in cancun. Although this time no one showed me to my room. So I had to lug my luggage and figure out where my room was all alone. And the staff was not friendly. One man in particular. Otherwise loved my stay close to all the fun outside and safe

The hospitality of the staff was amazing and I believe sets this property apart from the others. Cecilia was one of the hosts that first met us, had a special anniversary set up in our room without anyone even asking for it.
You can tell that the entire staff cares about their patrons and that makes me want to return.

"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our all inclusive dinner options every night drinks all day. Loved the pool, took an Uber to the casino and outdoor mall which was fun.
