I don't know where to start with this place. We really wanted to like it. At first glance, it was great. But when we arrived, we realised many things were dirty and/or broken. We booked a room with a balcony intentionally and couldn't use it because the door was broken. The bathroom light was flickering and eventually stopped working. We had to take one of the lamps from one of the bedrooms and put it in there. The floors were constantly wet from AC condensation (I suppose the climate is part to blame for this, but still), and one of the units leaked in the bedroom and wet our stuff. We had to buy cleaning products to clean spots in the bathroom, kitchen (namely the fridge handles) and the floor upon arrival. The worst part of these issues was a toilet leak. We reported everything to the hosts immediately, and on they sent technicians to fix things. The first set of technicians left the balcony door in a worst state, and while they did replace the light, the toilet leak was still there. They also left dirty footprints all over the apartment and we had to clean it again. I again reported all of this to the host, and they said they would once again send technicians "as soon as possible". Eventually a second set of technicians came, and told us that there was nothing they could do about the door, the wet floors or the toilet leak (which was due to water backed up when it rains or something). There were multiple other issues that came up with this place, but these are the main.

Absolutely phenomenal secured location on a seemingly private beach. The premises was great for my family vacation with 2 children. Management was always one call/message away during my 5 day stay… Highly recommend!

Room, amenities, and location were great. I paid extra for late check out and twice had staff members show up to my room after 11am (one staff member came into my room while I was still here). I don’t think communication was very clear.
